The study explores the impact of promotion focus/prevention focus on work engagement/job burnout international tourist hotel employees, and in meantime compare influence prevention focus. Moreover, as well whether supervisors’ organizational embodiment psychological ownership serves moderators relationship between employees. Based an analysis 716 employees hotel, this found were positively related to engagement job burnout; negatively burnout. accounted for more variance than did that Psychological moderates regulatory foci engagement. also
